We had Artic Glaze Limited come and install secondary glazing to 7 windows this week, they were amazingly  Efficient, cheerful and polite ,explaining   everything to us step by step advised  us what to do and what not to do. We are so pleased, home is much warmer. We will recommend ""  Artic glazing  company "without hesitation to everyone in need of this service. Also they cleaned up so well, taking all the remaining packaging ,etc:, with them for recycling. Thank you Artic  Glazing ,Jonathan and Bob .it was a pleasure to  meet you. Our regards to Louise.

Initially finding them on a Google search, I simply cannot fault the service and product from Arctic Glaze.  We have struggled for sixteen years to decide what to do with our Edwardian bay windows including stained glass panels in our Newcastle home - replace with wood (too expensive and actually look a bit bland) or with plastic (lose any tradition or character).  We now have the best of both worlds - our beautiful windows fully intact, but the secondary glazing meaning we shouldn't freeze through the winter months.  And the way Jonathan has fitted them - a piece of absolute craftsmanship and attention to detail, integrated into the existing frames in a way we couldn't have imagined or dared hope for.  Jonathan and Louisa have been patience personified - our decision took months of to and fro emails, and no question was unanswered or swerved.  And Jonathan was a pleasure to have in the house when fitting, explaining everything, making sure I knew what was happening and when, and so respectful of leaving the house around him better than when he arrived.  We are based in Newcastle many miles from their base, so we could quite easily have been filed in the "too hard" pile many months ago. Thanks to Jonathan and Louisa. We bought 8 secondary glazing windows ( we thought two of them may be impossible to do, but not for Jonathan). Surveying, quoting, planning to final installation was flawless.

We live in a grade 2 listed house with lovely but draughty original sash windows. We’re really pleased with our new secondary glazing: it provides great insulation, can be opened and closed really smoothly and easily, and because the profile is so slender it’s almost unnoticeable. Jonathan explained the different options clearly and showed us models of each type of fitting so we could make an informed choice; the installation was very straightforward; and we really appreciated his care, honesty and good humour at every stage of the process. Exceptional customer service, quality and communication. We needed to get secondary glazing installed across 4 large bay windows facing a busy road including underneath shutters and you wouldn't know they were there. They look fantastic and the noise reduction has been significant. Adding to the 5* reviews for Arctic Glaze. We’ve had a fantastic experience with them from start to finish. We first got a quote in Jan 23 but then life got in the way. Louisa was incredibly helpful and understanding when I got back in touch in early 24 to kick the process off again. Jonathon is extremely personable and professional. It’s so clear that he is passionate about what he does and takes huge pride in his work. We live in a grade II listed converted chapel and are delighted with the finish. We live in a grade 2 listed building and have struggled with heat loss and condensation on our windows.

Jonathan of Arctic Glazing visited us and advised on what he could do to assist us, we were happy with the quote and the secondary glazing was installed as per their quote and on time.

The secondary glazing has already made a noticeable difference in noise reduction from passing traffic and we’ve noticed a marked difference in the warmth in the rooms.

The work looks good, we got a great service from Jonathan from start to finish.

A fantastic service from start to finish with Arctic Glaze, both Jonathan and Louisa were very patient with our questions as it was the first time we owned a listed building. The installation went very smoothly and the quality of the workmanship is fantastic, Jonathan even tidied up after himself which is a rarity these days. Overall we are really happy with the decision to appoint Arctic Glaze to secondary glaze 20 windows in our house and whilst we will see the thermal benefits later in the year we are already benefitting acoustically. Jonathan Mott and his team were excellent. We had secondary glazing placed for 17 grade II listed windows at Eversden Village Hall , Cambridge and the aesthetic outcome is beautiful. They are really well finished and now makes a huge difference in noise and heat saving. Very happy I chose to go with Arctic. Jonathan was very helpful in giving me advice about the pros and cons of all the different options, Louisa was always very helpful with any questions and made the whole process really easy. The secondary glazing has made a huge difference in blocking out noise from outside and the installation was very quick only taking an hour or two. Fully recommend to anyone needing secondary glazing.
