How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• Means of contact (Name, Number, Email)
• Address to assess if you are in an area we service, and if required for installation
• Warranty purposes
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
• Provided by the manufacturer if an enquiry, and the information is passed on to us as an approved installer.
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide a means of contact for purposes of quotations, surveys and installations and warranty purposes.
We do not share this information with any organisation, other than the product manufacturer where applicable; if your enquiry has come from them initially, or in any event of a manufacturer warranty claim and they require means of contact for the purpose of any service call.
There can be occasions where your information is shared 3rd party but only to trusted subcontractors who may be carrying out any works on behalf of Arctic Glaze Ltd, for example installations or service calls, and only under these conditions as outlined.

Your information is securely stored on our system.
We keep all enquiry information for 18 months, and orders’ information for the length of the warranty period. We will then dispose of your information by removing all details from our system fully.
