This unique project in Portsmouth, a renovation and extension of an existing site to create a modern and contemporary student accommodation building. The new floor required an installation of our high-performing acoustic and thermal insulating aluminium windows, whilst the lower floors were refurbished with the addition of secondary glazing. The renovation along with the addition of our secondary glazing and aluminium window systems provided a new lease of life to an ageing inefficient site which with these improvements will allow the location to be used and enjoyed by students and tenants for the rest of it’s existence.
