2. We will contact you and ask for any images, indicative window measurements and the reason for choosing secondary glazing ie, thermal or acoustic. This will allow us to advise a proposed style and glass specification and to prepare an initial cost estimate. (If you can’t take rough window measurements, we can arrange an onsite survey appointment at a time most suitable for you)
3. If you’re happy with the cost estimate, we can schedule an appointment showcasing product examples and to answer any questions that you may have. During this appointment we will take manufacturing measurements of your window apertures.
4. We will then prepare a final quotation outlining secondary glazing style, glass specification and cost – Only when you’re happy proceed, we will provide lead times and book an installation appointment most suitable for you.
